THE PANEL'S MILLING

The cabinet's panels are milled with the ROVER 22, a high tech computerized machine, which allows it to get all sides exactly as designed, without any variances.

The panels are sanded and assembled into cabinets, by our skilled technician; and the piece is ready to be varnished.

THE VARNISHING

Our cabinets finish is a mirror like high gloss. The old world craftmanship together with the best materials and the best equipment gives us the optimal results seen in our cabinets.

Every cabinet is sanded by hand then a primer is applied with an additional sanding and finally several coats of the lacquer are applied in our sterile paint room.

The drying lasts for 3 days with the final polishing done by hand to ensure a ARS AURES assurance of quality

THE ASSEMBLY OF THE COMPONENTS

Every speaker is fully tested for, at least, 70 hours. The passive components ( coils litz, polypropilene condensers and resistances of the highest quality) are measured and selected.

The entire process of the final assembly of our speakers is always under the supervision of our project manager, he is the individual that will sign off each speaker prior to being sold.

MEASURE, QC AND FINAL LISTENING TEST
The completed loudspeakers go through QC testing done by CLIO and LMS systems.

If and when the loudspeakers pass all various tests satisfactory, they go to the final listening test. If everything is up to par, the project manager certifies with his signature that the speakers have the Ars Aures quality and they can be packed.
