Mini Sensorial
The Mini Sensorial was born with the requirement of a modern and fine design, like the one of the Sensorial, but with smaller dimensions to be easy positioned in the domestic rooms. The extraordinary musicality of the Scanspeak revelator tweeter has been maintained, the midwoofer have been replaced from 5" with two from 4". Of course it was lost something in the low frequencies extension and in macrodynamics, anyhow balance, microdynamics and the transparency remained at the highest levels. The result is a loudspeaker with an incredible and real soundstage, well extended in the three dimensions. Its qualities of definition and detail, exalted from the small 4"mid-woofer, have made it to prefer from the cd record label TAU RECORDS like reference speaker for regulating the position of the microphones and in order to estimate the quality of the recording as soon as carried out. The piano player Maestro Andrea Alia, founder and technician of the sound of the Tau Records, believes that Mini Sensorial is an indispensable instrument in order to perceive the sound differences coming from very small movements of the microphones. I in person was at a recording session using a great tail Steinway piano, and I remained very impressioned from the absolutely faithful restitution of the sounds, with all the details and without any dynamic compression, in comparison to the piano listened to some moments before. After few days, Andrea called me, and said that a famous musician, listening his recording with Mini Sensorial, was deeply emotioned. This is the goal of Ars Aures: to feel emotions and to give emotions through reproduced music from its own speakers.
